SUBJECT:
Request for letter of support from Doug Coward, Executive Director, Solar and Energy Loan Fund (SELF) in support of its application to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) FY 2015 Regional Coastal Resilience Program.
SUMMARY:
SELF is pursuing a highly competitive grant from NOAA for wind resiliency. Mr. Coward is seeking letters of support for SELF's application and requests an official letter of support from the City of Fort Pierce.
