CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Submit a landscape plan showing trees that are to be removed and what they will be replaced with and including the locations.
2. Replace each removed tree with a similar shade type tree of a minimum 2 ½ diameter at breast height sized tree.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
