CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Please pressure wash and paint home where molding, chipping or deterioration has occurred.
2. Please properly dispose of all trash on located on property.
3. Please cut all overgrown bushes, tress, shrubs and grass.
4. Please remove all wood from windows located on rear of property.
5. Covered windows on gray vacant building can stay covered.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $150 per day be assessed.
