- Please remove all trash, tires and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.
- Please refrain from parking all vehicles on grass.
- Please pressure wash and paint home where molding, chipping or deterioration has occurred.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $100 per day be assessed.
