SUBJECT:
Approval to purchase Microsoft O365 product licenses in the amount not to exceed $108,231.40 per year for the next three years under a new agreement from SHI., Somerset, NJ.
SUMMARY:
These resources provide core operational abilities such as document creation (Word & Excel), sending and receiving of emails (Exchange & Outlook), messaging and mobility (Teams) computer and server operations (Microsoft Windows and Server operating systems).
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation is to approve purchase for Microsoft O365 product licenses, entering into a new three-year agreement for services, in the amount not to exceed $108,231.40.
