CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

  1. Repair or replace the roof.
  2. The stove is not working. Since this stove has been replaced since the fire, check the electrical system and repair as needed.
  3. Repair the plumbing system so that the toilet does not back up into the bath tub.
  4. Some interior walls have substantial cracking. Repair the walls or provide documentation from a certified engineer that the walls are structurally safe.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
