CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

  1. Plumbing in the shower has been done without permits. Obtain a permit for the work that has been done.
  2. Seal all holes and gaps on the inside of the unit.
  3. Repair or replace the rotten wood on the second floor directly above the bathroom of Unit D.
  4. The unit is infested with rats and insects. Provide proof of extermination after sealing all holes and gaps.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
