SUBJECT:
Approval to renew Congressman Mast's lease for office space at City Hall for two (2) years commencing January 3, 2023.
SUMMARY:
Congressman Mast's current lease began July 1, 2021, and expires January 2, 2023. Pursuant to the terms of the lease agreement, Congressman Mast is exercising the option to renew the lease for two (2) years expiring January 2, 2025. The rent will remain at $250.00 per month.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.

Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission.
