CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Mow the yard, trim bushes to be no more then 4 feet tall and to give a neat appearance, clean off fence lines, and weeds from planters.
2. Repair or replace the rotting trim / facia around the carport.
3. Pressure wash the trim and shutters, if this does not work then paint.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given _30 days to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
