RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, pursuant to Ordinance 22-19(a) the violator(s) be fined a penalty of $250.00, be given 5 days to obtain their business tax receipt and order that failure to obtain their business tax receipt will result in all utilities to the premises be suspended while the violation continues.
