CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Please cut all overgrown bushes, trees, shrubs and grass.
2. Please remove all tires, metal, trash, wood, vehicle parts,and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.
3. Please remove all plywood from windows located throughout house.

RECOMMENDATION:
