CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Please pressure wash and paint home where molding chipping or deteriorations has occurred.
2. Please remove all window frames, trash and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.
3. Please remove all wooden chairs and all other indoor furniture located throughout property.
4. Please repair soffit where deterioration has occurred. A permit may be required. If you any questions please contact the building department at (772) 467-3143.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $150.00 per day be assessed.
