SUMMARY

This is an application for Preliminary Plat Review for the Planned Development project known as Savannah Preserve. This Planned Development community, was approved by the Ft. Pierce City Commission on July 18, 2022, through Ordinance 22?017.
The applicant is requesting preliminary subdivision approval so that they may develop a residential subdivision known as The Preserve at Savanna Lakes, that will have 650 platted lots consisting of single-family homes, villas, and townhomes.
