1. April 20, 2021 - The Special Magistrate provided the owner 60 days to get a permit or fines may accrue.
2. July 14, 2021 - A Notice of Extension (90 days) was recorded
3. June 30, 2022 - An Affidavit of Non-Compliance was recorded and fines began to accrue on this date.
4. August 16, 2022 - An Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien was prepared and recorded on August 19, 2022.
5. December 2, 2022 - An Affidavit of Compliance was prepared and recorded January 25, 2023.  Fines accrued from June 30, 2022 to December 2, 2022, and total $15,550.00, including $50.00 in recording fees.
6. April 25, 2023 - A Lien Reduction Request was received by the Building Department.
