SUBJECT:
Resolution 23-R37 removing the Sunrise Theatre Executive Director as an ex-officio member of the Sunrise Theatre Advisory Board.
SUMMARY:
The Executive Director does not need to be an ex-officio member of the Advisory Board and may more effectively participate as a staff member in attendance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the resolution.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not adopt the resolution.
