The City of Fort Pierce is the owner of real property located at TBD N 25th St, identified by Parcel IDs: 2408-501-0066-000-6 & 2408-501-0067-000-3, with a legal description of: EMANCIPATION PARK BLK 5 LOT 1-LESS E 10 FT and EMANCIPATION PARK BLK 5 LOT 2-LESS E 10 FT. The properties were declared surplus by the Fort Pierce City Commission on January 19, 2021, via Resolution 21-R10. Request for Proposal (RFP) number 2023-029 was issued on February 10, 2023. The invitation was sent to 521 vendors. Nine (9) vendors requested specifications with four (4) responding.

In accordance with the Fort Pierce Code of Ordinances, Section 101-23 (4), staff recommends the Planning Board review the request and forward a recommendation to the City Commission for approval of the sale of real property located at TBD N 25^th St, identified by Parcel IDs: 2408-501-0066-000-6 & 2408-501-0067-000-3, with a legal description of: EMANCIPATION PARK BLK 5 LOT 1-LESS E 10 FT and EMANCIPATION PARK BLK 5 LOT 2-LESS E 10 FT to Larry Lee Jr. & Family, LLC. pending receipt of 10% percent security deposit.

Do not recommend award.
