Minor Amendment to Site Plan - Westside Baptist Church of Fort Pierce - 1717 Gulfstream Avenue

SUMMARY

Attached is an application for a Site Plan Minor Amendment approval for the subject property. The property is located within the R-4a, Hutchinson Island Medium Density Residential zoning district and is designated as HIR, Hutchinson Island Residential Future Land Use.
The applicant is requesting the approval of the following modifications:
  • A 529 sf entrance addition to the existing church building.
  • Restriping parking area which result in a net impervious increase of 693 sf.
  • Restriping the front parking spaces will result in 3 new handicapped spaces that meet current ADA criteria.
