The Ft. Pierce Utilities Authority proposes to construct a new 7,000 sq ft parking lot for use by FPUA employees at the existing FPUA Service Center at 500 Boston Avenue, in the City of Ft. Pierce. This parking lot will be located on property that is owned by the City of Fort Pierce and is subject to use assignment to the FPUA.
