SUBJECT:
Surplus property redevelopment update for 1409 Avenue J and 2002 Avenue M
SUMMARY:
Surplus properties 1409 Avenue J and 2002 Avenue M were sold to Progression Properties on November 30, 2021, with a deed restriction that the grantee was required to commence construction within eighteen (18) months.
The grantee has failed to meet that requirement.

RECOMMENDATION:
Provide an extension to commence the construction as directed by FPRA Board.
ALTERNATIVES:
Re-enter the property and revert the property to Grantor, its successors and assigns as per Quit Claim Deed.
