Applicant Jerry Compton is proposing a 4,368 square-feet Health Center which will provide mental health services to the community at large from the ages of 3 and up. The proposed development includes a rain garden and pervious pavements to help filtrate nutrients prior to discharging stormwater into the existing storm water system.
