The applicant is requesting approval of a minor site plan for a project to be known as Kings Landing. The subject properties are approximately 7.824 acres +/- and are located east of N. 2nd Street and south of Moore’s Creek in Fort Pierce, Florida. The petitioner wishes to obtain administrative approval for an increase of the proposed Villas at the northern portion of the project. The site plan was previously approved with eight (8) Villas. The applicant is now proposing a total of ten (10) Villas.
