The applicant is requesting approval of a Temporary Use for the operation of a temporary office trailer, for up to six (6) months, to be located at parcel (2428-431-0001-000-1). The applicant is currently performing the final version of the waste recycling cleanup from the previous owner of the property. The final phase of the cleanup will involve environmentally cleaning the office / admin area which resides in the front of the industrial campus along Bell Ave that is currently active assisting the truck storage clientele. In order to accomplish this, they are installing a temporary office trailer to relocate the office admin staff so that a separate permit can be obtained for demolition and removal of certain areas interior to the office that need to be cleaned.
