Approval to award RFP No. 2023-032 Lease and Operation of the Seven Gables Visitors Center to the highest ranked proposer, St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce, Inc.

The City of Fort Pierce solicited proposals from responsible proposers to lease the property located at 482 N. Indian River Drive for the purpose of operating a visitor's information center.

The invitation was sent to 5 vendors with two (2) responding, 0 "No Bid" (40.00% total response).

The Evaluation Committee reviewed the two proposals submitted and is recommending RFP 2023-032 be awarded to the highest ranked respondent, St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce, Inc.

Upon approval of award, staff will negotiate the terms and present a lease to be approved by the Commission at a later date.

Staff recommends approval.

The Public Works Department will proceed as directed by the Commission.
