CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Due to the irreversible nature of this matter this case has been scheduled for a Special Magistrate hearing. A separate notice will be sent separately with time and date of hearing.
RECOMMENDATION:
Per Paul Bertram, Urban Forester for the City of Fort Pierce, the city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exist that violators be fined as follows:
One (1) Pine Tree 21 DBH x $250.00 = $5,250.00, One (1) Laurel Oak 29 DBH x $250.00 = $7,250.00. The Maximum fine per State Statute 162 should be imposed at $5,000.00.
