Site Plan (Development and Design Review) - Sound Meadows Affordable Housing - 4000 S. US Highway 1 and 2434-801-0004-000-6

Applicant Brian Nolan, AICP, ASLA - Partner at Lucido and Associates, is proposing a rental-based Multi-Family residential community, comprising (9) 24-unit and (1) 18-unit building (210 units), a community clubhouse with splash pad and active play area, a maintenance building, central refuse compactor, and associated infrastructure. 414 parking stalls are proposed as well as an approximate 1.5 acre parcel for future commercial development. This project is being proposed at 4000 S. US Highway 1, more specifically at Parcel IDs: 2434-801-0005-010-6 and 2434-801-0004-000-6.
Due to new State Statute, this application becomes an administrative approval after Technical Review Committee. Attached forms are provided for clarification.
