Applicant Chaim Weiss, Member, is proposing a rezoning of 6 parcels (+/- 108.38 acres) from light industrial, I-1, to Planned Development, PD, to provide for a more refined intensity modulation from adjacent intensive industrial uses to light industrial uses.
