SUMMARY:
Request for review of application for a Zoning Atlas Map Amendment of two (2) parcels of land to change the Zoning classification from Office Commercial (C-1) to Planned Development (PD).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends Approval of the request with fifteen (15) Conditions listed in the Staff Report and Agenda.
ALTERNATIVES:
•Recommend APPROVAL with alternate conditions of the proposed ZONING ATLAS MAP AMENDMENT with the associated concept “bubble” plan
•Recommend DISAPPROVAL of the proposed ZONING ATLAS MAP AMENDMENT with the associated concept “bubble” plan.
