SUBJECT:
Award Bid No. 2023-056 for FPRA Properties Lawn Mowing and Trash Removal Services to the second-lowest bidder Aero Groundtek in the amount of $47,975 annually.
SUMMARY:
Staff issued a Bid for FPRA Properties Lawn Mowing and Trash Removal Services. The Bid was advertised on July 19, 2023, and six (6) submissions were received by the deadline of August 8, 2023. Upon review the decision to award to Aero Groundtek was due to having a complete Bid packet, the annual cost, references confirming their professionalism and great work experience with other cities across Florida.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the award for Bid No. 2023-056 to the second-lowest respondent Aero Groundtek.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
