SUMMARY

Project # 23-41200010

The applicant, MPLD Consulting proposes redevelopment of an entire site of the existing strip mall, along with new construction on 2 outparcels. The entire site will receive a new, modern facade, improved and integrated drainage, landscape, and parking resurfacing. Also, the northern parcel located at 1809 US Hwy. 1 will be added to the site plan.
