SUBJECT:
Approval of Unit Price Contract for Bid No. 2023-009, Canal Right of Way Mowing & Debris Removal Services, to Heath Beimly, LLC of West Plm Beach FL, in the amount of $251,500.00.
SUMMARY:
During the August 7, 2023, City Commission meeting, Commission awarded Bid No. 2023-009 to Heath Beimly Services, LLC, for mowing canal banks, retention area banks and green areas; trim around guard railing, remove litter from the adjoining canal banks and adjoining right of ways. The terms of this agreement will be for two years with three one-year renewal options.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval
