Applicant Francarlos Rivera of TEG Developers, is proposing the construction of a 27.89 acre community consisting of 222 dwelling units and related amenities. Viva East, Viva West's sister project, is also going in for review. Both these residential communities will share access to amenities such as a fitness center, business lodge, community room, catering kitchen, pet spa, outdoor grilling areas and more. The architecture for this project is based off the Florida Cracker style. Viva West is being proposed at 3037 S. Jenkins Road across from the KOA Campgrounds, more specifically at parcel ID: 2325-111-0001-000-2.
