Applicant Francarlos Rivera of TEG Developers, is proposing the construction of a 39.01 acre community consisting of 206 dwelling units and related amenities. Viva West, Viva East's sister project, is also going in for review. Both these residential communities will share access to amenities such as a fitness center, business lodge, community room, catering kitchen, pet spa, outdoor grilling areas and more. The architecture for this project is based off the Florida Cracker style. Viva East is being proposed at 5315 Edwards Road and 5496 Altman Road, more specifically at parcel IDs: 2430-231-0001-000-4 and 2430-234-0001-000-3.
