CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Several plumbing alterations have been made without a permit. Have a contractor obtain a permit and bring all plumbing to code.
- The water heater was installed improperly and without a permit. Have a contractor obtain a permit and bring all plumbing to code.
- All light switches must have proper faceplates installed.
- Replace all missing soffit.
- Repair all holes and cracks in the drywall in the interior of the structure.
- Repair the walls as needed in the water heater room.
- Repair or replace all broken windows.
- Note: One or more of these conditions may be contributing to the visible mold in the structure
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
