Approval of contract renewal with Granicus LLC, Palatine, IL  in the amount not to exceed $216,510.02.

Granicus, formerly known as Swagit,  is a single source vendor that provides continuing services for the Information Technology department.  Granicus currently provides closed captioning services for ADA compliance and other services for FPTV.  This renewal will be for a term of three years, 20223 through 2026, and will keep the City of Fort Pierce in compliance with ADA requirements.  Annual Services start November 2023 through October 2024 (year one).

Granicus is a single source vendor currently providing services to the City of Fort Pierce. It is on this basis that the Purchasing Manager recommend that the competitive procurement be waived and that the above item be treated as a "Single Source".

Recommendation to approve the purchase with Granicus LLC, Palatine, IL, for a term of three years providing ADA compliance for FPTV closed captioning services in the amount not to exceed $216,510.02.(total cost for three years).
