Major Amendment to Site Plan - Hillpointe Residential - 2101 and 2151 S. Jenkins Road

Applicant Alejandro Toro of EDC Inc.is proposing a major amendment to the Hillpointe Residential Site Plan. The approved Site Plan was for a 252-unit Multi-Family Residential community consisting of eight (8) buildings, a clubhouse with a gym and other associated site improvements on two (2) parcels with an acreage of approximately 17.25. The changes to the site plan include shifts in building placements, square-footage to the gym, clubhouse and mail kiosk as well as changes to the drainage and piping. The parcels addresses are 2101 & 2151 S. Jenkins Road, more specifically at parcel IDs: 2313-800-0002-000-7 & 2313-800-0004-000-1.
