CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Remove the dead trees.
RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violator(s) failed to remove the dead trees, the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to remove the dead trees.
- Failure to comply within the time provided will result in a fine of $100.00 per day being assessed.
- If the violation is not corrected within the time given, the City is to take the necessary steps to remedy the violation(s), the cost of which is to be assessed as a lien against the property.
