SUMMARY:
The City of Fort Pierce is the owner of real property located at 604 S 6th St, identified by Parcel ID: 2410-715-0010-000-3, with a legal description of: WOODBINE S/D LOT 10 (MAP 24/10F) (OR 3675-2391). The property was declared surplus by the Fort Pierce City Commission on January 19, 2021, via Resolution 21-R10. Request for Proposal (RFP) number 2024-010 was issued on October 27, 2023. The invitation was sent to 455 vendors. Six (6) vendors requested specifications with two (2) responding.

RECOMMENDATION:
In accordance with the Fort Pierce Code of Ordinances, Section 101-23 (4), staff recommends the Planning Board review the request and forward a recommendation to the City Commission for approval of the sale of real property located at 604 S. 6th Street., identified by Parcel ID: 2410-715-0010-000-3, with a legal description of: WOODBINE S/D LOT 10 (MAP 24/10F) (OR 3675-2391) to JoeJohn McVey.
