SUBJECT:
Resolution 24-R07 approving the subordination of a utility easement held by the City for the FPUA to FDOT for highway purposes.
SUMMARY:
The FDOT has requested the subordination of a utility easement held by the City for the FPUA for highway purposes. The FPUA approved the subordination of the easement at their January 16, 2024 meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission.
