IPMC 304.2 Protective treatment.
Section 117-3(b) – Removal of signs.

RECOMMENDATION:

The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violations exist, that the following be ordered:
  1. The violator(s) be given 30 days to: 
    • Pressure wash walkways and the back of the building where discolored, this does not work then paint.
    • Paint the peeling areas on the banisters.
    • Remove all signage from the previous business, replacing blank pieces in sign holders.
       2. Failure to comply will result in a fine of $250.00 per day being assessed.
