RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violations exist, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to:
- Repair trim throughout the home where rotting has occurred, obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions.
- Pressure wash or paint where chipping, molding, discoloration, and deterioration have occurred throughout the home.
- Remove car parts, tarps and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view.
- Remove all non-operable vehicles or place them in an enclosed garage.
- Failure to comply will result in a fine of $250.00 per day being assessed.
