The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violations exist, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to:
- Pressure wash or paint where chipping, molding, discoloration, and deterioration have occurred throughout the home.,
- Repair the trim of the house where rotting has occurred throughout the home and, if necessary, to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions.
- Failure to comply will result in a fine of $250.00 per day being assessed.
