SUBJECT:
Approval of the Amendment to the grant agreement between the State of Florida, the Department of State and the City of Fort Pierce extending the grant period for the Highwaymen Museum project to December 31, 2024.
SUMMARY:
Based on the revised project schedule, the project is expected to begin May 30, 2024 and be completed October 7, 2024. As per the current grant period, the extension ends June 30, 2024.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Amendment to the extension of the grant period for the Highwaymen Museum project.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the Commission.
