Request to review a Voluntary Application for Annexation of one (1) parcel of land at or near the intersection of W. Midway Rd. and Oleander Ave. The current County Future Land Use (FLU) is Publice Facilities (P/F) and current County Zoning is Institutional (I). The applicant is proposing a City FLU of Residential High (RH) and City Zoning of High Density Residential (R-5).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommendation is for the Planning Board to move the proposed annexation application for Approval to City Commission.
