RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation(s) exists, that the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 20 days to:
- Move trash cans from the front of the property on non-collection days.
- Remove or provide proof of valid registration and operability for trailers and vehicles on the property.
- Remove or bring in all items from public view that are not designed to be used or kept outside.
- Clean off fence lines.
- Repair the fence where it is missing or damaged support poles, falling, and disconnecting.
- Failure to comply will result in a fine of $150.00 per day being assessed.
