SUBJECT:
Resolution 24-R32 adopting the 2024-2027 SHIP Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP)
SUMMARY:
State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) with the Exhibits to be submitted to Florida Housing Finance by June 30, 2024.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Grants Administration Division's request for signature to the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program Local Housing Incentives Certification and the Resolution.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff shall proceed as directed by Commissioners.
