SUBJECT:

Approval of expenditure in the amount of $62,667.20 for City Hall Mold Remediation by Sani Effect, Port Saint Lucie, FL.

SUMMARY:

The Public Works Department is seeking approval for payment for the City Hall Mold Remediation by Sani Effect, Port Saint Lucie, FL in an amount not to exceed $62,667.20.  This expenditure was an emergency response.

RECOMMENDATION:

The Public Works Department recommends approval.

ALTERNATIVES:

Staff will proceed as directed by the Commission.
