CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

  1. Replace all missing smoke alarms.
  2. Drywall has been replaced without a permit, obtain a permit.
  3. The door and door frame must be weather tight. Repair or replace the door and/or weather stripping.
  4. Repair the roof.
  5. Repair all water damaged ceilings. Repair all holes in the interior walls and ceiling.
  6. Repair or replace the rotting sub-floor in the bathroom. Due to the condition of the floor the toilet is no longer securely mounted.
  7. There is evidence of termites. Have the structure treated for termites and provide documentation of treatment.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
