IPMC 304.1 Exterior structure – General.
IPMC 304.13 Window, skylight, and door frames.

RECOMMENDATION:

The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violations exist, that the following be ordered:
  1. The violator(s) be given 30 days to:
    • Place house numbers to be visible from the street.
    • Paint the home where discolored and chipping.
    • Obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions to repair or replace the roof, fascia, soffit, and all rotting damaged wood on and around the home. 
    • Obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions to repair or replace all damaged stucco around the home.
    • Obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions to repair all doors and windows that are damaged and not properly weather tight.
  2. Failure to comply will result in a fine of $250.00 per day being assessed.
