SUMMARY

Project # PZSITE2024-00004
Minor Site Plan Amendment to the City to approve the redesign of the project’s entrance. Regatta Apartments was previously approved by the City of Ft. Pierce to have a shared entrance with the property to the North. The entrance to the development has changed due to coordination with St. Lucie County during the ROW application. This is due to the project to the north being delayed and no longer needing a shared driveway.
The parcel has a Future Land Use of RH, High Density Residential, and a zoning of R-5, High Density Residential.
