- Please remove the White Truck located on west side of property. If you wish to maintain a non-operative vehicle on your property it must be kept in a fully enclosed building, such as a garage.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 5 days to comply or a fine of $25.00 per day be assessed. If the violation is not corrected within the time given, the City is to take the necessary steps to remedy the violation(s), the cost of which is to be assessed as a special assessment lien against the property.
